Senior Executive - Recruitment
Location: Mumbai
You will be responsible for manpower planning, resourcing strategies and talent acquisition for leadership hiring for Mumbai operations. You will be responsible to source and hire the right candidates through various channels of recruitment. You will be the brand ambassador for the organization and hire top notch professionals at all levels.
This position will report to the Recruitment Head.
Desired Candidate Profile
You should be a Recruitment professional with 3 to 7 years of experience in talent acquisition in a premier IT or ITES Company.
We are looking for a recruitment specialist with experience in hiring manager and above level executives. You should be capable of interviewing candidates at senior levels. Winners donât do different things, they do things differently!
