Understanding and analyzing clientâs requirements in different skill set categories & implementing numerous Sourcing strategies
Telephonic screening of profiles
Doing specific search through Job Portals, Reference pulling, headhunting, etc
The person would also be responsible for articulating and negotiating job offers with candidates and clearly communicating all aspects of the offer including the salary, benefits, relocations, etc.
Develop strong inter-personal relationships.
Handle End-to-End Recruitment Lifecycle for requirements.
