Designation Technical Writer
Job Description Working in a software development environment, you will join a newly-formed team in creating the online help of two financial products of our Research & Asset Management range
Closely working with project leaders, financial engineers and software developers, you will:
gather information from various sources and use the products
attend product presentations and other training sessions
create online help modules documenting the financial content and Views, as well as guides explaining how to set up and localize the products
apply guidelines and use the project monitoring tools
Desired Profile The successful candidate must have
an undergraduate degree, preferably in technical communication or in finance
three years experience in developing end-user documentation, preferably in a financial or market place environment
experience in using FrameMaker
an inquisitive mind, the ability to analyze financial and technical specifications and use the software to gain in-depth understanding of the product
the ability to work as part of a team
