a pioneer and leader in market research is seeking energetic Customer Service Representatives/Technical Support Representatives for the highly popular online survey platform Zoomerang and zTelligence.
 
 We are conducting Walk in interview for experienced candidates for -
 Customer Service Representatives and Technical Support Representatives.
 
 Current Openings:
 
 Customer Service Representative- Zoomerang Sales:
 * 1-3 years of customer service/ sales experience, in particular direct experience helping external customers with Online Service Software.
 * Must be comfortable answering requests received by phone and our online support tool.
 * Excellent interpersonal and client interaction skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
 * Should be able to handle the calls in Queue and documentation in a professional manner.
 * Swift response to the email queries
 * Must possess good writing skills and calm/professional telephone presence.
 * Ability to multi-task, comfortable working in a fast paced environment and committed to meeting deadlines.
 * Flexible to work in shifts and stretch as and when we have business requirement.
 
 Customer Service Representative- Zoomerang Support:
 * 1 to 3 years of customer service experience helping external customers troubleshoot online software issues.
 * 1 to 3 years experience supporting US customers over the phone.
 * Should be able to handle the calls in Queue and documentation in a professional manner.
 * 'Swift response to the email queries.
 * Flawless English skills- written, spoken and listening comprehension
 * Excellent interpersonal and client interaction skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
 * Should be able to take complete ownership in handling calls in queue and email queries.
 * Flexible to work in shifts and stretch as and when we have business requirement.
 
 Customer Service Representative- Zoom Panel:
 * 1-3 years of Technical Support experience
 * Outstanding problem-solving aptitude and troubleshooting skills
 * Strong client service, communication, and organization skills
 * 1 + years experience in software technical support
 * Knowledge of HTML added advantage
 * Proven success with internal and external client facing roles
 * Background or knowledge of marketing research practices a plus
 * Must be comfortable answering requests received by our online support tool
 * Excellent interpersonal and client interaction skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy
 * Must possess excellent English writing skills
 * Calm/professional presence.
 * Ability to multi-task, comfortable working in a fast paced environment and committed to meeting deadlines
 * Flexible to work in shifts
