US Voice Support
Job Description:
* Should have excellent communication skills
* Involves handling inbound Calls and resolving customer queries. Involves updating customers on latest information on a product or service.
* Should be comfortable work in all Shifts.
* Patient and should have ability to handle any kind of customer queries.
* Job primarily involves interacting with US/UK Customers (Night Shift)
Education Qualification:
Minimum of 12 years of completed education. Any Graduate /Persuing Graduation / Diploma.
Candidates with relevant experience in a voice based International or domestic Call centre will be at an advantage.
Involves working in Evening/Night shifts.
Ability to multi-task and comfortable working on computers
General awareness and fundamental mathematical abilities
NOTE: Position open only for candidates willing to work in Chennai.
Company will provide pick up OR drop facility (depending on shift timings) for employees working in night
