 Excellent communication skills. Eye for details. Providing excellent Customer Service (Couteous, prompt, understanding the needs, ownership and responsibility, interface between customer and business). The backoffice staff should be high on taking ownership, accuracy when working with data, computer literate, with a high attention for detail and problem solving skills. They should have the confidence and ability to call customers if required - this would be on exception. While the staff is intended for HR Services, an HR background is not essential.
