QUALIFICATION: BSc or BE / B.Tech in computer sc
EXPERIENCE: 6 months to 2 years exp in technical support field
JOB PROFILE:
1. Mainly providing Software support to customers related to SPSS.
2. Installation and trouble shooting queries to be handled and resolved.
3. Support mainly though e mail and telephone
DESIRED PROFILE:
1. BSc or BE/BTech in computer sc
2. 6 months to 2 yrs exp
3. Good communication skills.
A DAY SHIFT JOB, based at Bangalore
