Job Description:

Preliminary screening of candidates for recruitments through releasing ads, shortlisting profiles from Job portals, etc.

To visit all the IPC's frequently and discuss with team members about their grievances / problems (if any).

To assist HR Group Head in creating new and updation of existing position profiles (KRA's and KPI's),compensation packages,appraisal formats and incentive structures.

To ensure allotment of Unique Individual Codes (through Head Office) of all the new joinees of the region and ensure proper communication of the same.

Desired Candidate Profile:  

Should be MBA ( HR ) from reputed B School ( Male candidates will be preferred ).

Must possess excellent communication skills in English and Local language.

Should be a good team player and be ready to take challenging assignments.

Should be comfortable in travelling to different locations within the State on short notice period.
