Job Description:
Responsible for KM & talent development initiatives using effective and innovative training methods at our R & D center in Hyderabad. The applicant should be able to manage the training function independently with respect all areas of talent development need identification, prioritization, design, planning, vendor identification, delivery channels and points, execution, analysis and metrics.
Develop and maintain various channels for training and development, i.e. off line / on line / self learning training programs, quizzes, seminars, workshops, modeling sessions, and books etc.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Must have hands on training function experience (24 36 months) in an IT / IT services organization which has structured and formal training function.
Proven experience and expertise in content development & program designing.
Ability to translate ideas and concepts into detailed execution plans.
Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation and organization skills.
Should be a self motivated person with high energy levels.
Conceptual knowledge on learning theories and methodologies is an added advantage.
BSc (CS) / BCA with MBA (HR) / Masters in Psychology is desirable.
Understanding of IT preferably Sun, Microsoft and Open source technologies, Processes PCMM, Six Sigma etc is a huge plus.
Hands on MS Office skills is essential while MS Project knowledge is a plus.
