Attend and respond to customers' calls relating to their IT related problems and queries.

co-ordinate with the Project Team and Engineers to get the problem resolved to the satisfaction of the customer.

He / She will be an important member of our Service Delivery Team responsible for IT Service delivery at our large customer sites. The Key Results areas will be Customer satisfaction, call closure norms like Response time / Resolution time etc.
